Every holiday season, Bearcat Booster Club rallies families, fans, and supporters to celebrate school pride while giving back to students who need extra support. Our annual Holiday Giving Night & Student Support Drive brings the Bearcat community together to uplift youth, collect essential items, and spread cheer across campus and beyond.

Our Mission
As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, Bearcat Booster Club is dedicated to strengthening school programs, supporting student-athletes, and promoting positive youth development. We believe every student deserves the opportunity to participate, compete, and grow—both academically and athletically. Our work helps ensure that Bearcats have the resources they need to succeed.

We do this because strong schools build strong communities. Through teamwork, volunteer spirit, and shared commitment, we uplift students facing challenges and create opportunities for them to thrive. Our holiday drive reflects our belief that when we back the Bearcats, every student wins.

Join us for an energetic evening of school pride, community unity, and holiday giving!
Date: Friday, December 13, 2025
Time: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Admission: Free — please bring a new, unwrapped gift or student essential 🎁
Dress Code: Bearcat spirit wear or festive holiday attire
Purpose: All donations support students through Bearcat Booster Club’s Holiday Support Program
🎁 Donate a Toy – Bring a new, unwrapped toy to the event or drop it off at participating bars.
👯 Volunteer – Help us coordinate, decorate, and keep the festivities running smoothly.
💖 Sponsor Us – Partner with us to showcase your business and support the community.
